YOGA & QIGONG/MEDITATION: Yoga and Qigong use mindful, calming abdominal breathes combined with slow motion stretching meditative movements. Both exercises join mind and body creating calmness, clarity & focus. Ed has been certified by YogaFit since 2005, and taught weekly Yoga classes at the Port Orange YMCA for many years. Ed is A level 3 Qigong instructor through Supreme Science Qigong. Qigong is a 5000 year old vitality practice rom China (mother Of Tia Chi). Ed teaches 2-3 hour monthly group sessions the Last Sunday of every month. Ed also can set up a custom Yoga Or Qigong program for you.
MINDFUL RUNNING & WALKING PROGRAMMING: Running & Walking programs focus on Tai Chi principles that work with gravity and other factors that create resistance; creating efficiency and effortlessness.
RELAXATION & THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE: Stimulates relaxation response, release of well-being hormones and strengthens immune system.
BREATHING BETTERMENT: System of breathing exercises designed to be during everyday Events to enhance oxygen, energy, vitality and reduce stress.
FITNESS TRAINING: Home fitness, or 1 on 1 with Ed Eisler. Simple & effective, minimal equipment cost, portable, lightweight, compact. Can be done at home, work or vacation.
NUTRITIONAL BETTERMENT/NATUROPATHIC Food Based Healing: Service utilizes ancient Chinese and well known nutritional knowledge used for centuries for many common disorders and for overall wellness. Resources and products available.

Ed assesses your stress, explains its effects, and helps you to Learn easy and effective methods to resolve stress. He has been writing a book on stress and studying its effects since 1999.

HOW IT WORKS: Your current breathing patterns are assessed. Client is educated in how better breathing could help. Client is then shown simple breathing exercises to increase lung capacity and breathing efficiency. This service is 1-2 hours in length according to the application purpose. You can also break service done into 30 minute sessions and combine it with other services.
